Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LUNARA.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per order.

Our shawls are produced in limited quantities, which means availability may change without notice.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, taxes, import VAT and customs charges are handled in accordance with applicable UK rules.

For consignments with an intrinsic value of £135 or less, applicable UK VAT is charged at the point of sale where required by UK law.

For consignments with an intrinsic value above £135, import VAT, customs duties and/or handling charges may become payable upon importation. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders already placed and accepted.

4. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• the information you provide is accurate and complete; and
• you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

We accept secure online payment methods, including supported credit and debit cards.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Hungary, European Union, using reliable international courier services.

Estimated delivery times and available shipping methods are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returned products should be in their original condition. Customers may inspect and handle products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and suitability.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions and design elements, is owned by or licensed to LUNARA and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

LUNARA is operated by a sole proprietor established in Hungary, European Union.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Hungarian and European Union law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive customers of any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to them in their country of residence.
